Today, CasperLabs is excited to announce a partnership with PureFi, a decentralized compliance protocol that provides full-cycle analytics of crypto assets for DeFi users.
This long-term technical partnership will leverage the Casper Network’s DeFi-friendly features with PureFi’s full-cycle solution for crypto asset analytics and AML/KYC procedures to accelerate the growth of both ecosystems within the DeFi landscape and beyond. PureFi will utilize Casper Network infrastructure for storing users’ AML certificates on-chain based on the verifiable credentials standard - a machine-readable by-default presentation of the data. Since each certificate contains information about asset price, AML/KYC, and other metadata, it can be used as a full-fledged AML/KYC verification for any legal/validation purposes, thereby providing a simple yet secure way to bring more traditional money into the DeFi space.
